Senior Software Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with partner organizations to design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using a mix of front-end and back-end technologies.

• Lead the development process from concept to deployment, ensuring technical requirements, deadlines, and specifications are met.

• Architect robust applications for scalability, security, and performance, making strategic decisions on the selection of technologies and frameworks.

• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within both Andes Insight and partner organizations.

• Continuously research emerging technologies and propose changes to existing architecture to improve performance and usability.

• Represent Andes Insight as a technical leader, showcasing our commitment to excellence in engineering talent.

What You’ll Bring

• Front-End Expertise: 5–10 years of professional experience with frameworks such as Lit, Angular, or React.

• Back-End Proficiency: 5–10 years of experience in backend services using .NET Core, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture.

• Database Skills: Extensive experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, SQL, and performance optimization.

• Cloud Technologies: Proficiency with tools such as Terraform, Autoscaling, AWS ECS, AWS S3, AWS RDS, Kubernetes, and other cloud-based deployment solutions.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead technical projects, mentor team members, and foster collaboration across engineering teams.

• Client Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with partner organizations, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.

• Self-Motivation: A demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently, delivering high-quality results without close supervision.

• Work Ethic: A strong drive to succeed and a history of exceeding performance expectations.

• AI Knowledge (Preferred): Experience with large language models (LLMs) is a plus, showcasing your ability to innovate and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies.
